Like the XL650, the 750 deprimes in station 1 and primes in station 2, minimizing any chance that spent primer residue could interfere with priming.
Aug 20, 2019 · I'll get a few primers going into the brass not aligned and the primer gets ruined. I'm not familiar with the 550, but on the 650XL, primer alignment can be affected by crud buildup on either the shell plate detent ball or the primer plate detent ball.

The spent primers jump out to every place but the cup. Floor, the case tray (which causes its own issues if one gets in a case), the finished round tray etc. etc.. It is even more of a pain when it gets on the track preventing the primer holder coming back.
